Dopo la fine della Seconda Guerra Mondiale, le piccole aziende a conduzione familiare delle colline monferrine vinificavano le uve secondo tradizione, lasciando al tempo il compito di affinare il vino prodotto e sperando in maggiori ricavi per le loro fatiche. Si rendeva necessario, quindi, ottenere un vino di qualità, pronto in tempi brevi per la commercializzazione ed ottimizzando i costi. Sorsero così le cantine Sociali, tra cui la Cantina del Monferrato.

After the end of the Second World War, the small family-run companies of the Monferrine hills vinified the grapes according to tradition, leaving the task of refining the wine produced at the time and hoping more revenues for their labors. It was necessary, therefore, obtain a quality wine, ready in a short time for marketing and optimizing costs. The social wineries thus arose, including the winery of Monferrato.

Light beer type with high non-pasteurized fermentation, not filtered and referurmented in the bottle, inspired by the “Pale Ale” style

Sensory notes Visual analysis: pale clear color, clear (if not accompanied by the yeasts deposited on the bottom), with fine and persistent foam
Olive analysis: notes of honey, bread crust and freshly cut grass
Gustative analysis: after an initial malt the hops go to balance it with a slight bitter, giving floral and herbaceous hints and making it slide
Peculiarity: light, refreshing and easy to drink. Ideal as an aperitif, but also to the whole meal.
